Yes. We use EPA Safer Choice–aligned, eco-friendly products that are 100% safe for families and pets. If you have specific sensitivities or preferred products, just let us know and we'll accommodate.
Do I have to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all. Many clients provide a keypad, garage, or lockbox code, which is stored securely and accessible only to your assigned technician on service day. We don't hold residential keys.
Will I have the same cleaner each time?
Consistency matters to us. We track who cleans your home and keep your crew as consistent as possible — typically training a small team on your home so there's always trusted coverage.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
You're covered by our 24-hour Redo Promise. If something isn't right, contact us within 24 hours and we'll return to make it right at no extra cost.
How do recurring plans and pricing work?

What's your cancellation policy?
Please give us at least 24–48 hours' notice to change an appointment. Changes with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a $50 fee, which helps us manage our team's schedules fairly.
